Addressed in the individual units of the guide are the following topics: using a ruler, calculating the greatest number of cuts from hardboard, calculating frame length in cabinetmaking, figuring board footage, figuring the cost of hardwood lumber, figuring the cost of finishing materials, doing lattice multiplication, and using fractions and decimals in the wood shop.
